In a world where we never slow down, it’s no wonder so many people are discovering the healing powers of yoga.Restorative yoga, which is also growing in popularity, takes the relaxation element of regular practice to the next level. Within a restorative yoga class you move through a number of key postures much slower, using bolsters and props to fully support your body. The focus is on your breathing, allowing you to enter a deep state of relaxation.

Immerse yourself in a 90 minute Restorative Yoga & Reiki experience of deep relaxation and union of mind & body.
What to expect:
15 Minutes Welcome & Centering
75 Minutes of Restorative Yoga & Reiki (Chakra Meditation)
Restorative yoga focuses on promoting calmness in the body through passive yoga sequence, holding the poses for longer periods of time supported by blocks and bolsters. Reiki Reduces stress, anxiety, physical & emotional pain, fatigue, depression, improves mood, health, mindset, mental & emotional wellbeing, clarity & focus, overall balance, encourages understanding & accepting of the emotional body. Reiki invites harmony and brings balance to the mind-body-spirit.
